Online Exam Requirements

All students requesting insurance CE must complete a Personal Attestation.

Many states require that you take your final exam in the presence of a monitor. Please see the Online Exam Monitoring Requirements for your state. Failure to comply with exam monitoring requirements will invalidate course credit. Please be aware these requirements are not met by ProctorU monitoring of the RSSA Final Exam.

State-Specific Mandatory Documents

Monitor Affidavits & Temporary Attestations

If your resident state requires an exam monitor, please click the appropriate link to access the required form. Once completed, you will be able to submit the form to receive course credit.
